Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta through the Faculty of Engineering conducted an internship and mini seminar with an international scale company Alibaba Cloud Indonesia. Located in the 3rd Floor Hall of KPLT Building, Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University, Thursday (21/12), UNY signed an MoA to increase expertise for the academic community of the Faculty of Engineering UNY in the field of cloud servers through Alibaba with the topic Alibaba Cloud Academy Empowerment Program A Digital Cloud Technology & Alibaba Cloud Technology Introduction Alibaba Cloud Career Program and Internship Overview.
The MoA signing ceremony was attended by officials from the Faculty of Engineering UNY, namely the Vice Dean for Research, Cooperation and Information & Business Systems Dr. Drs. Totok Heru Tri Maryadi, MPd, the Department of Electronics and Informatics Engineering Education was attended by the Head of Department Dr. Ir. Masduki Zakarijah, M.T., Department Secretary Ir. Satriyo Agung Dewanto, MPd, Informatics Engineering Education Study Program Coordinator Handaru Jati, Ph.D, Information Technology Study Program Coordinator Nurkhamid, Ph.D, Electrical Engineering Education Study Program Coordinator represented by several lecturers from the PTE environment, as well as Alibaba Cloud management, namely Director of Solution Architech Eggy Tanujawijaya, Training Ops Specialist Bayu Irawan and Marketing Manager Ghendis Kayira.  
In his speech, Dr. Totok Heru conveyed UNY's commitment through FT UNY to always improve competence for lecturers and students through training cooperation programs in the field of information technology (Alibaba Cloud Server). In the seminar session Eggy conveyed the milestone of Alibaba Group, cloud introduction manage service SAAS and PAAS besides that Eggy also emphasized that universities in Indonesia are one of the market focuses for Alibaba Cloud through the Alibaba Cloud Academy program the company presents services in the education sector and technological developments with promising potential, continued by Bayu with discussions related to Alibaba Cloud Academy, Digital Transformation, Technology Landscape and ended by Gendhis giving exposure to career opportunities in the world of information technology and Alibaba Cloud Indonesia.  
On this occasion, both parties signed an MoA to increase cooperation, basically DPTEI FT UNY and Alibaba Cloud Indonesia strive to create skilled human resources and have expertise in cloud server management. The ceremony was closed with an exchange of souvenirs and a group photo.
